How to create a company account

If your company is using KANNA for the first time, you will need to create a company account. The company account can be registered via either the app or the web.

When creating a company account, you will be designated as the owner in terms of account structure.

 

 

 

Create/Register a company account from the Mobile app

1. Open KANNA and select "Register New Account (Free of charge)"

2. Type your email address and select "Register Account"

 

3. Tap "register new"

If the email domain matches an already registered account, existing company accounts will be suggested as candidates. Please confirm that your company name is not listed before proceeding with new registration.

 

 

4. Enter the basic information for the company and individual, then tap "Register Account".

Input the following details: Business Form, Company Name, Address, Number of Employees, Number of sites, Full Name, Phone Number, Password (used for KANNA login)

 

5. Enter additional information and tap "Start Using KANNA".

 

 

 

Create company account from the Web version

1. Open the KANNA page on your computer and enter your email address in the field provided.

Click "Start Using KANNA". Here is the web page.

 

2. Click "Register New".

If the email domain matches an already registered account, existing company accounts will appear as suggestions. Please confirm that your company name is not listed before proceeding with a new registration.

 

3. Register your account information and click "Start Using KANNA".

 

4. Enter additional information and click "Start KANNA".
