Registering your account as an internal company user

This article explains how members of your own company who have received an account invitation can register their accounts.

 

 

Register using the mobile app

1. Tap the invitation email 

There are three ways where you can invite your company members. 

(1). Email address 

(2). Phone number

(3). Invitation link

(3) Invitation link 

Tap the link you received via email,  social media, etc. 

 

2. Fill up the account information and tap "Start KANNA"

*If you register via the invitation link, please type your email address and tap "Next". You will transferred to the registration page (second photo shown below).

 

 

 

 

3. Tap "Open KANNA"

 

4. Download the app and open KANNA

Android

 

5. Type in the email and password you used to register, and login

 

Register using the web app

1. Click the invitation link

The invitation link will be sent  to you by either 

Inviting via email or 

Inviting via the invitation link

 

2. Fill up the account information and click "Start KANNA"

*If you register via the invitation link, please type your email address and click  "Next". You will transferred to the registration page (second photo shown below).

3. Click "Start KANNA", and the registration is complete.
