By inviting your own members, you can share information with them within KANNA.
*Only accounts with "Owner" or "Company admin" authority can invite their own members.
Also, if you invite users who already have their accounts, they can change the company they belong to to your company.
*If there is only one member in the company and the member changes the company they belong to, the company they belonged to before the change will be deleted.
You can invite people to start using KANNA in three ways.
・e-mail address
・Phone number (SMS)
・Invitation link
By inviting your members to a project after they created their accounts, you will be able to share photos and documents, chat, and do more.
Inviting using the mobile app
1. Tap "Members" from "Settings" at the bottom right of the screen
2. Tap "Add Members"
3. Tap "Add company member"
4. Add members
4(1)Add via email
Type the email address to which you want to send the invitation and select the authority.
Tap "Send invitation email", and the invitation email will be sent to the email address.

4(2) Add via the phone number
Type the phone number to which you want to send the invitation and select the authority.
Tap "Send invitation message" and the message will be sent to the phone number.

4(3) Add via the invitation link
Copy the invitation link and paste the URL into a messaging app or email to share it with the members you want to add.

Changing the belonging company (mobile app)
1. Inviting your company member via email

2. Tap the link on the invitation email
3. Login to KANNA
Your email will be reflected. Please just input your PW and tap "Log in"
4. Make sure you are selecting the new company you want to belong to and tap "Done"
Inviting using the web app
1. Click "Add company member" from the menu
2. Select how to invite members
2(1) Add via email
Type the email address to which you want to send the invitation, and select the authority.
Click "Send invitation email" and the invitation email will be sent.

Type the phone number to which you want to send the invitation, and select the authority.
Click "Send invitation message" and the invitation message will be sent.
