This feature will allow the owner/company admin to easily manage connections with the the external company users. Previously, connections to each member holding a KANNA account were made individually. With this function, the owner or company admin can manage the connection requests of their members to external users.
In addition, by knowing who is registered as an external company member, it is possible to smoothly ask the external member to unregister or change the membership when they move the department or resign.
Note: Only accounts with owner or company admin authority can use this function.
As shown below, this function allows you to connect your company members with external companies easily.
Prerequisite

An owner or company admin from Company A invites Company B as an external member by sending an account invitation. Company B creates their account as a company account and user account (for details on inviting external members, click here). Once Company B creates the account, Company A will see Company B appear in the Partners Management screen.

An owner or company admin from Company B then invites its internal members to create accounts (for details on inviting internal members, click here).

The following explanation assumes a scenario where Company B (the requester) sends a request to Company A (the approver).

1. Click "Setting"
2. Click "Partner Management"
3. Click "Request" for the internal member you wish to connect to the external company.
In the example below, we are connecting Yushi Song (an internal user of Company B) to "Aldagram" (Company A).
4. When the request gets approved, it will appear as below.
In this case, the request has been approved by Aldagram.
Searching the member
You can search your company member or the partner company by name.
- Input the name of your company member
The search result will appear.
- Selecting the external company
You can select the external company from the pull-down list.
After selecting the external company, you can also select the request status of your company's members from the "Status" tab on the right side of the screen, and only members in that status will be displayed.
For example, if you have selected an external company and there is an internal member you wish to connect, selecting "Not added" from the "Status" tab will display only those members who have not been added.

When a "Request to join as an external company member" is sent via the Partners Management screen, notifications will be sent to the "Owner" and "Company Admin" of the recipient company via email, push notifications, desktop notifications, and announcements.
Note: These notifications are not sent individually but are aggregated and sent every hour. (For example, requests sent between 12:00 and 13:00 will be delivered in a batch at 13:00.)
An email with the following content will be delivered.
The URL in the email will redirect to the Partners Management screen in the KANNA app.

Approving a Request

3. Click " Approve" from "Requested"
4. The member has been added
Now you can add the new member to the project as an external company member.
