By inviting members of other companies, you can smoothly share information with members from other companies involved in the project and use KANNA to further improve the efficiency of your business. KANNA has no limit on the number of external company users you can invite, so please proactively utilize this feature.
*Only "Onwer" or the "company admin" can invite external company users.
*If you would like to invite multiple members from an external company, you need to invite one person from the external company first and let that person invite other members as their own company members. Then you would be able to connect with these external company members. To see how to connect with external company users, please refer to this page.
You can invite people from other companies to start using KANNA in three ways.
・e-mail address
・Phone number (SMS)
・Invitation link
Inviting using the mobile app
1. Tap "Members" from "Settings" at the bottom right of the screen
2. Tap "Add Members"
3. Tap "Add external company member"
4. Add members
（１）Add via email
（２）Add via the phone number
（３）Add via invitation link
4-1. Add via email
Type the email address to which you want to send the invitation and tap "Send invitation email". The invitation email will be sent to the email address.
4-2. Add via the phone number
Type the phone number to which you want to send the invitation message and tap "Send invitation message". The invitation message will be sent to the phone number.
4-3. Inviting via the invitation link
Copy the invitation link and paste the URL into a messaging app or email to share it with the members you want to add.
Inviting using the web app
1. Click "Members" on the menu bar
2. Click "Add external company member"
3. Add members
3-1. Add via email
Type the email address to which you want to send the invitation and tap "Send invitation email".
a.) If an account already exists in KANNA
Please contact the invitee and ask them to check their notifications within the KANNA app.
b.) If an account does not exist in KANNA
Please contact the invitee and ask them to check their email.
3-2. Add via the phone number
Type the phone number to which you want to send the invitation message and tap "Send invitation message". The invitation message will be sent to the phone number.
3-3. Add via invitation link
Copy the invitation link and paste the URL into a messaging app or email to share it with the members you want to add.
