By using Member Import, you can easily assign accounts to your members. To use Member import, log in to KANNA on your computer and set up the import.
※This function is only available for customers who have signed up for a paid plan.
※This function is only available to company administrators.
1. Click "Settings" from the left side of the top page, and then click "Members"
2. Click "Add multiple Members".
3. Click "Download" and download an Excel template.
4. Save the Excel sheet in the designated location, and fill in the data you wish to import according to the input example.
5. After completing the data entry, save the Excel sheet. After saving, click "Select files" and select the appropriate Excel sheet.
6. After confirming the contents of "Confirmation items before registration," click each checklist, and then click "Upload". Data import is complete!
You can check the success or failure of the import from the "Import history".
If an error occurs, click "Details" of the item in which the error occurs. Confirm the error message and try importing again.
