By using the import function, you can create projects based on the imported information, or import past property and customer information and link it to past information when creating projects.
This makes it possible to manage projects linked to each customer and property information from the customer list and property list.
*Import cannot be performed if the CSV file size exceeds 1MB
*This feature differs depending on the contract plan. Please contact us if you wish to use this function.
To utilize import, log in to KANNA on your computer and set it up.
*This function is not available in the smartphone version.
1. Click [Settings] from the menu on the left, and then click [Import Data].
2. Click on the information you want to import.
*For example, if you want to import project information, click on "Project Info".
To import customer information, click on "Client Info".
3. If you want to import new data, select a project template and click "Download" for a new template.
Click on "Export" if you wish to make a batch update to the data already in KANNA.
4. Save the Excel sheet in the designated location and fill in the data you wish to import according to the input example.
*Please enter text and choices according to the input format as shown in the input example. The project name, start date, end date, and project flow are required fields.
If you want to import multiple groups as the person in charge, you can specify multiple groups by entering group IDs separated by "," (comma).
5. After data entry is complete, save the Excel sheet. After saving, click "Select Files" and select the appropriate Excel sheet.
6. After selecting the form template to be imported, click on each checklist and click "Upload" after confirming the contents of the "Please check to start import" section. Data import is complete
You can check the success or failure of the import from the "History List".
If an error occurs, click "Details" of the item in which the error occurs,
Confirm the error message and try importing again.
(To import project members) Select "Project Members" and click "Download" from "Download Excel file for import".
Clicking "Download" will display the next screen. Filter the projects for which you want to import members using detailed search or other criteria, then click "Download Excel file".
Save the Excel sheet to your preferred location and enter the data you wish to import, following the input examples.
For instructions on how to enter data into the Excel file, please edit according to the content described in "Edit Member Sheet".
*Projects(View Only)" information contains data used to link project members to specific projects. Please be careful not to edit this, as doing so may prevent proper linking to the project.

The import procedure after completing the Excel file editing is the same as when registering project information. Please refer to Step 5 and Step 6 to perform the import.
