When importing multiple templates, please import each template individually, as importing all at once can consume too much data capacity.
How to Import Projects as Parent-Child from Separate Templates
(Example: You want to link a project from Template ② as a child project to a parent project from Template ①)
1. Search for the data of the project you want to set as the parent project and click Export.
You can narrow down your search by project template, project name, or project flow.
2. Open Excel and copy the Project ID (UUID) of the parent project.
3. Select the type of template you want to use for the child project and click Download.
4. Open the Excel file, paste the copied project ID (UUID) from step 2 into the Parent Project ID field in row 3, fill in the required fields, and save the file.
The required fields are [Project Title], [Project Flow], and any other fields specific to your created project template, if any.
5. Select the type of project template and the saved file. After checking the confirmation items, click Upload.
6. Import Complete
If you want to import using a different template, please follow the same steps again to complete the import.
