About This Feature
This feature allows you to take or select a photo of a form (KANNA Report), and AI automatically reads the entered content and reflects it as input candidates in the form’s cells. It reduces the effort of manual input.
・This feature is a beta version. Please be sure to review the recognition results before confirming.
Prerequisites for Use
・This feature is available only for companies where the Form OCR function is enabled (ON/OFF setting per company. Default is enabled).
・You need editing permissions for the form.
・If the form is locked or under approval request, reflection is not possible.
Operating Procedure
1: Select the Source of the Image
When you launch OCR from the form detail screen, you can select the source.
・Take a photo (camera)
・Select from photo library
・Supported image formats are JPEG / PNG.
2: Review the Photo and Tap “Read with AI”
・The taken or selected image will be displayed in preview.
・Check the content and tap “Read with AI.”
・You can retake (camera) or reselect (library) as needed.
3: AI Reading (Analyzing)
・Uploading and analysis will be performed.
・You can cancel during analysis by tapping “Cancel.”
4: Review the Recognition Results and Apply
・The recognition results will be reflected as candidates (highlighted) in the form’s cells.
・After confirming the content and if there are no issues, confirm to save all changes to the form at once.
・If you do not confirm, you can cancel.
Recognition Targets and Automatic Formatting Rules
Values are automatically formatted according to the cell input type.
・Text: Read as written
・Number: Only numeric values excluding commas and units
・Date: Converted to yyyy-MM-dd format
・Date and Time: Converted to yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format
・Time: Converted to HH:mm:ss (24-hour format)
・Checkbox: If marks such as ✓, レ, ○, etc. are present, set to ON
Blank cells are treated as empty.
Values that do not match the format such as numbers, dates, and times are automatically excluded.
Notes
・If the image is too large (exceeding about 3.75MB), reading is not possible.
・Please always verify the values read by AI yourself before confirming (since this is a beta feature, misreading is possible).
