In order to create a report template smoothly, please refer to the checklist below to confirm the Excel format and input method in advance.

(2) Display settings for input data

If you upload your data to KANNA with the display format set in Excel Home, it may be displayed differently on KANNA.

Therefore, before updating to KANNA, please make sure that the display setting in Excel is set to [Standard].

Also, please use the date function in the input items of the form template settings.

For details on how to set input items, please click here.

(e.g.) When you select [Short Date Format] in Excel and enter a date (first page), the date is displayed differently in KANNA (second page).

(3) Font size

If font sizes differ within the same row, the row width will be changed to match the larger font size.
(e.g.) In Excel (left image), if the font size of row 8, column B is "14" and the font size of the blank cell in the red frame is "20" and uploaded to KANNA, the row width will be changed to match the larger font size "20" when the form is created (right image).

(4) Font Positioning

If you set text position settings such as "Wrap" and "Align Right" in Excel and upload the file to KANNA, the same settings will be applied on KANNA.

The settings cannot be changed in KANNA, so please check the text position settings in Excel.

(e.g.) When a certain number of characters are entered in a cell with the "Wrap" setting, a new line is inserted and the entire text is displayed.

If the number of characters to be entered in the relevant cell is large, the "Wrap" setting is recommended.

*Please note that if the corresponding cell is wrapped to a line break, another cell on the same line will also be wrapped to a line break. (2nd page)

(5) Text color/bold

As with cell merging, formatting cannot be edited on KANNA. Therefore, if you want to set bold or colored text, please make sure that the text is set correctly in Excel.

Cells cannot be colored.

(6) Cell width/height

If the width or length of the cell is too large, or the font size of the text is too large, the text may not be displayed in its entirety.
(e.g.) If the font size of "What happened:" is too large for a cell, only up to "happened" will be displayed when creating a report in KANNA (second page).
