Threshold alert [KANNA Report]

Feature Overview

This feature allows you to set “threshold alert conditions” for numeric input fields on the KANNA Report template editing screen.
When a value that meets the configured alert condition is entered, a notification is sent and an alert icon is displayed in the cell and in the report list. This makes it easy to quickly identify values that fall outside the acceptable range.

How to Set Threshold Alerts

On the report template settings screen, select a numeric input field in the cell where you want to set a threshold.
Turn on the “Set alert conditions” checkbox in the input field settings panel.

Note: Threshold alerts can only be set for numeric input fields. They cannot be applied to other field types such as text or date.

How to Configure Alert Conditions

From the “Condition” dropdown, select one of the following condition types:

Condition

Greater than: Triggers an alert when the value exceeds the specified number

About Alert Display

Hovering over the icon displays a tooltip saying “Out of acceptable range”
At the same time, a notification is sent to the project manager.
