Custom Report Folder Settings [KANNA Report]

This article explains how to set up Custom Report folders.

You can create folders for each project and organize created reports into these folders. Additionally, you can configure viewing permissions for each company.

Note: Viewing permission settings can only be managed by project admins within your own company.

 

 

 

 

Folder Creation

1. Select a project from the [Projects] menu.

 

2. Select [Custom Report] and click [+ Add folders].

 

 

3. Enter any folder name and click [Add].

 

 

Viewing Permission Settings

1. Click the [⋯] on the right side of the folder.

 

 

2. Click [Change Visibility].

 

3. Select the company you want to share with under [Limited members] and click [Save].
