2. Is your email correctly typed?

If you do not receive an email to your registered email address, there are the following possibilities.

If this article does not solve the problem, you may have entered or registered an incorrect e-mail address when you created your account. Please ask your company administrator to delete your account and create a new account.

 

1. Blank space is included. 

Please make sure that there is no blank space anywhere in the address you entered.

 

2. The address is in double-byte characters 

Please make sure that alphabets and @ (at mark) are not double-byte characters.

 

If none of the above two apply

If none of the above two apply, please delete your account and create a new account.

*Only the Owner or the Company Admin can delete and invite the internal users. 

How to delete your account

1.  "Members", click  the three dots, then click "View details"

 

2. Click "Delete account"

 

Creating a new account

The Owner or the Company Admin can create a new account by inviting a new internal user.

Inviting party 

Go to "Members", then click "Add company member"

 

Invited party 

Click the link on the email sent by KANNA and create a new account.
