KANNA offers a free trial for 14 days after creating a company account.
If you created your account by invitation from another company (KANNA paid member), you can start the trial at any time. *You can view the projects added by the company from which you were invited even if you do not start the trial.
During the free trial period, in addition to the standard functions of KANNA, some paid options (the range of functions granted differs depending on the subscription plan) can also be tried for free.

Trial period: 14 days from “the date of account creation” or “the date you voluntarily start the trial”.

Types of Trials
KANNA offers the following two types of free trials.
(1) When you create a new account on our website, etc., and the free trial starts automatically.
(1) If you create a new account from the website, etc. and the free trial starts automatically, “New Account Registration” is required.

(2) When you start a free trial at your own discretion after creating an account by invitation of another company which is a paying member
Register an account from “Invitation from other companies
If you created an account by invitation from a member of another company, the trial will not start automatically.
If you wish to start a trial, please follow the steps below.
Only accounts with “Owner Authority” can perform this operation. Please click here to see how to check your account authority.
1.Click “Start Free Trial” on the home screen.
2.Click “Start"
The registration completion screen will appear.
Checking Trial Status
To check your current trial status, follow the steps below.
1. click on “Change Plan"
You can check the plan you are currently subscribed to.
Please be assured that you will not be automatically transferred to the paid version after the trial period ends.
After the trial period ends
1) When you created a new account through the website or other means and the free trial started automatically
After the trial ends, you will not be able to view your projects. You will need to sign a contract in order to view the projects you have created. If you wish to subscribe, please contact us here.
(2)When you start a free trial at your own discretion after creating an account by invitation of another company which is a paying member
After the trial ends, you will only be able to view projects created by your own company. Please be assured that you will continue to be able to view/operate on projects assigned by the company that invited you to KANNA.
