The Gantt Chart feature

This article explains the features and uses of the Gantt Chart.

By setting up the main project as a parent project and creating each site and phase as sub-projects, you can view the progress status and the time frame from start to finish for each. Sub-projects can be created up to five levels deep (including the parent project), allowing you to oversee multiple works within a single project or manage each phase within a single construction project from a comprehensive view.

Additionally, there is a feature that visually shows the dependencies between sub-project/processes of a projects. For more details, please refer here.

Note: The Gantt Chart feature is only accessible on the PC (web version). If you wish to view it on the app, please download the Gantt Chart from the PC in advance and save it in the document folder.

Difference from the Project Calendar: The Project Calendar is suited for managing the schedules of multiple projects. For more details, please refer here.

Note: Availability of features may vary depending on the contract period and plan. For those interested in using the Gantt Chart, please contact us here or reach out to your representative.

[Sub-project]: Created as a child project, allowing storage of photos, documents, etc.

4. Click "+Add" to create a sub project.

To create a new sub (or sub-sub) project, click "▶" next to the name of the parent project, and click "Add".

Members of other companies can also create sub projects if they are the “Project Admin” of the parent project, so it is possible to have members of other companies create the Gantt Chart.

Once you input the name of the project, the project is created.

Switching display period

The display period of the Gantt Chart can be switched to Month, Quarter, or Year from the [Month] field in the upper right corner of the screen.
This improves the viewability of long construction periods and makes it more efficient to monitor progress.
