You can show, hide, and rearrange the items that you have customized in the project master settings, such as project/client/property information, within each template.
Customers who subscribe to a paid plan will receive one project template, which they can customize to any item by their company's business operations.
If you wish to use more than one project template, that is a paid option. Please contact us or your account manager if you wish to use more than one template.
Customization of project templates can only be done on the web app.
Note: This function is available only to the "Owner" or "Company Admin". Please check this page to confirm your authority in KANNA.
1. From the menu on the left, click ⚙️ [Settings], then click [Customize Settings].
2. Click "Project Template"
3. Click "+ Create Template" or an existing template
Note: Multiple project templates is an additional paid option.
Please input the template name after clicking "+ Create Template" (second image)
4. Click on the template section you want to edit and the respective item list will appear on the right side

You can add/delete/rearrange the project status by each project template.
To see the details on the setting of project status, please refer to this page.
② To add or edit the items within a section, click on "Add/Edit"
If you click "Add/Edit", you will be led to the project master setting page, and add/edit items there. Please refer to this page to see how to add/edit items.
③Rearrange
You can rearrange the sections and items. Drag and drop the "三" icon.
④ You can choose to show or hide the items you customized in the project master setting.
5. The changes you make get automatically saved, so you can go back to the project templates.
6. The creation and customization of the project templates is complete.
You can choose the project template with which you create the project by activating the template.
