You can customize the Project Status.
This customize allows you to change the Project Status to whatever status you want, based on your company's business procedures.
*To customize your settings, you need to log in to KANNA on your PC.
*This function can be used only by "Owner" and "Company Admin". Please refer this page to see how to check your authority.
Notice: This function is available only for customers who have signed up for a paid plan. Please inquire us for details if you want to apply for this function.
How to set up a customized Project Status
1. Click "Settings" from the menu on the left.
2. Click "Customize settings".
3. Click "Project/Clients/Property Information".
4. Click "Edit"
5. Setup and change Project Status to suit any business procedures.
You can change the default project status to anything you want.
You can also select the color to be displayed for each project status.
6. Setup for completion
By setting the status to completed, you can filter the list of projects to show only uncompleted projects.
Example: On the application screen, enabling or disabling the "Assigned" button, you can filter the completed/incomplete projects to be displayed.
7. Fill in or select the required information and click "Set".
