In KANNA, input items related to Projects/Clients/Property Information (highlighted in red in the image) can be customized specifically for your company.
By utilizing this customization feature, you can set input items tailored to your company's needs, allowing you to create a “company-original KANNA” and improve the ease of information sharing.
Note: Customization settings can only be configured on a computer.
Note: This feature is available only to users with "Owner" or "Company Admin" permissions. To check your permissions, please refer to this page.

After setting the master items, you can customize each template by configuring the display/hiding, and reordering of input items. For details on how to customize templates, please refer to this guide.
Note: Master items refer to the basic data displayed for each item within the created project.
If you wish to add and use templates other than the "Default Template," please contact support or your representative.
Add a New Section/Field
1. From the left menu, click ⚙️ Settings and then select Customize Settings.
2. Click Project Template.
3. Click Project Master Setting.
4. Click + Create New Section.
5. Enter the section title and click Add.
6. Click the section you added, then click + Add Items.
7. Enter or select the required items, then click Add.
There are four input types: Text, Radio Buttons, Checkbox, and Pulldown.

Text
① One-line/Multiple-lines: Allows text input.
② Numbers: Only half-width numbers and decimal points can be entered.
③ Date/Time: Select from a calendar or time dropdown menu.
