This page explains how to change the affiliation of a member who already has an account with external company to your company.
To change the company's affiliation to your own, send an invitation e-mail to the e-mail address of the person you wish to change (the e-mail address registered with KANNA) from [+Add company member], and ask the person to perform the following operation.

*This operation is valid only with the method of sending to "E-mail address".
Invited party (other company's member)
1. click on the link in the invitation email sent to the invited party
2. Log in to KANNA
Since your e-mail address has already been entered, enter only your password and tap "Log in".
3. Confirm that the new company is your new affiliation and tap "Done".
