"I can't import members successfully."

If the member import does not go smoothly following the steps in the article, the following two reasons may be the cause.

 

1. The phone number or email address is entered in full-width characters.

 

 

2. RFC violation of the email address

Email addresses like the ones below are not recognized as valid addresses, so please change the email address or register with a different one.
