In this article, we will explain how to change language settings and the impact of changing the language.
Language settings are configured per account.
How to change language settings (PC)
For smartphone users, please change the language settings from your device's settings.
1. Click on Language from the Settings menu.
2. Select the language you want to change to and click "Save".
Currently, you can choose from Japanese, English, Thai, Spanish, Vietnamese, or Indonesian (Bahasa).
Scope of Impact After Changing Language Settings
Everything will be displayed in the selected language except for the following:
Projects
Project names and templates will be displayed in the language that was used at the time of project creation or during the customization of the project template (the language before the change).

Account Names
Account names will be displayed in the language used during account creation.
Chat
Messages will be displayed in the language in which they were originally typed.
Photos/Documents
Folder names and file names will be displayed in the language used at the time of creation.
Reports
Reports will be displayed in the language used during the customization of the report templates.

Notifications
Only notifications received after changing the language settings will be displayed in the new language. Notifications received before the change will remain in the language that was set at the time.
