Customizing the Reporting Feature

 

You can customize the reporting function, including report types and content.

By using this customization feature, you can easily and quickly share and confirm reports such as manpower reports and work commencement reports.

If you want to review reported data across multiple projects, it is possible by using the export function (paid option). The export function enables works such as manpower calculation and company vehicle management.

Note: For details about the export function, please refer here.

 

Note: Report customization settings can only be configured on a computer.

This feature is only available to "Owners" or "Company Admins." To check your permissions, please refer to this page.

The availability of this feature depends on your subscription plan. If you wish to use this feature, please contact your representative.

 

 

 

1. From the left menu, click ⚙️ SettingsCustomize Settings.

 

2. Click Report Template.

 

 

3. Click + Create Template.

 

 

4. Enter the report template title and click Add.

 

5. Click the template you just added.

 

6. Click + Add Items.

 

7. Enter and select the required fields, then click Add.

 

 

Input Types

This section explains how each input type is displayed on the report creation screen.

There are four types of input formats: Text, Radio Buttons, Checkbox, and Pulldown

  • Text

Single-line/Multiple-line: Allows text input.
Numbers: Only half-width numbers and decimal points can be entered.
Date/Time: Select from a calendar or time dropdown menu.

Display Settings

You can configure whether to show or hide items.

Note: Items that are required for display cannot be configured.

 

Edit via the Three-Dot Menu

You can edit, copy, or delete items.

Note: Only the item name and required input settings can be changed.
