KANNA offers two types of notifications: email notifications to your registered email address and smartphone application notifications.
You can set your own preferences to receive notifications about projects and chats.
By setting up notifications, you can prevent miscommunication when new information is added, updated, or chatted about a case.
You can receive the following notifications from KANNA.
(1) When you are added to a project
(2) When a project status is changed
(3) When a new report is added
(4) When a new photo is added
(5) When a new document is added
(6) When a new message is sent to a chat group,
You can also change the settings to receive specific notifications for certain conditions.
*You can change the setting regarding chat notification on the mobile app.
Set in the app
1. Tap "Settings" in the lower right corner
2. Tap "Notifications"
3. Change the notification options

Check the box you want to be notified about and click "Save".
