Fitur ini memungkinkan pemilik/administrator perusahaan untuk dengan mudah mengelola koneksi dengan pengguna perusahaan eksternal. Sebelumnya, koneksi ke setiap anggota yang memiliki akun KANNA dilakukan secara individual. Dengan fungsi ini, pemilik atau administrator perusahaan dapat mengelola permintaan koneksi dari anggota mereka kepada pengguna eksternal.
Selain itu, dengan mengetahui siapa yang terdaftar sebagai anggota perusahaan eksternal, Anda dapat dengan mudah meminta anggota eksternal untuk berhenti terdaftar atau mengubah keanggotaan mereka ketika mereka pindah departemen atau mengundurkan diri.
Catatan: Hanya akun dengan otoritas pemilik atau administrator perusahaan yang dapat menggunakan fungsi ini.
Seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini, fungsi ini memungkinkan Anda untuk dengan mudah menghubungkan anggota perusahaan Anda dengan perusahaan eksternal.

Seorang pemilik atau admin perusahaan dari Perusahaan A mengundang Perusahaan B sebagai anggota eksternal dengan mengirimkan undangan akun. Perusahaan B membuat akun mereka sebagai akun perusahaan dan akun pengguna (untuk detail tentang mengundang anggota eksternal, klik di sini). Setelah Perusahaan B membuat akun, Perusahaan A akan melihat Perusahaan B muncul di layar Manajemen Mitra.

1. Click "Setting"
2. Click "Partner Management"
3. Click "Request" for the internal member you wish to connect to the external company.
In the example below, we are connecting Yushi Song (an internal user of Company B) to "Aldagram" (Company A).
4. When the request gets approved, it will appear as below.
In this case, the request has been approved by Aldagram.
Searching the member
You can search your company member or the partner company by name.
- Input the name of your company member
The search result will appear.
- Selecting the external company
You can select the external company from the pull-down list.
After selecting the external company, you can also select the request status of your company's members from the "Status" tab on the right side of the screen, and only members in that status will be displayed.
For example, if you have selected an external company and there is an internal member you wish to connect, selecting "Not added" from the "Status" tab will display only those members who have not been added.

When a "Request to join as an external company member" is sent via the Partners Management screen, notifications will be sent to the "Owner" and "Company Admin" of the recipient company via email, push notifications, desktop notifications, and announcements.
Note: These notifications are not sent individually but are aggregated and sent every hour. (For example, requests sent between 12:00 and 13:00 will be delivered in a batch at 13:00.)
An email with the following content will be delivered.
The URL in the email will redirect to the Partners Management screen in the KANNA app.
