Download, move, and delete multiple photos

You can download, move, or delete photos in the Photos folder by using the following methods.

The below instruction is for the web version but it is possible to do the same using the mobile app. 

Note: Only project admins can select multiple photos. 

Note: Only the project manager of the company's own members can delete photos uploaded by other members. Members of other companies and general users of the company can delete only the photos they have uploaded.

Smartphone version

1. Select a project from the "Projects" menu

2. Tap "Photos"

3. Select the folder containing the photos you want to edit

4. Tap "Select" 

Switch to "Card View" in the upper right corner and click "Select" to display the photos and make them easier to find.

5. Check the checkbox for the target photo

6. Select "Download", "Move", or "Delete"

Tap "Start"

Tap the destination folder

Note: You can only move photos within the same project.

Note: Currently it is not possible to move the photo to another project, so please download it once and upload it again to the project you want to move the photo to.

③ Delete

PC version

1. Select a project from the "Projects" menu and click "Photos"

 

2. Select the folder containing the photos you want to download

3. Click on "Select Files"

4. Check the checkbox for the target photo

By switching to "Card View" in the upper right corner, the photos will be displayed and easier to find.

5. Select "Download", "Move", or "Delete"

After the download is complete, the file will be displayed in the upper right corner.
Note: If you select more than 50 files to download, the URL for downloading will be sent to your e-mail address registered with KANNA.

② Move

After selecting the destination folder, tap "Move to this folder"

Note: You can only move photos within the same project.

Note: It is currently not possible to move photos to other projects, so please download the folder and upload the photos again to the project you wish to move.

③ Delete

Click "Delete"
