What You Can Do with This Feature
You can open a drawing (PDF document) in the viewer, place "pins" at any position on the drawing, and register tasks to those pins. The placed pins are displayed on the drawing with numbers, and you can view, edit, or complete tasks from the task list or task details on the right side.
Prerequisites for Use
・Your subscription plan includes the drawing feature.
・The target document is in PDF format (this feature is not available for documents other than PDF).
・You have permission to view the relevant project (such as being the project manager).
Web Version
1. Open the Drawing Viewer
For PDF documents, you can open the drawing viewer from any of the following pathways:
・Document Details Screen: Click the "Open in Viewer" button.
・Menu (three dots) in Document List: For drawings with one or more pins registered, "Open in Viewer" is displayed.
・"Tasks" section in Document Details: You can also open it from the "Edit" link.
2. How to Read the Screen
・Top-left tools: Switch between viewing mode (arrow) and task addition mode (pin).
・Top bar: Use the "Task" checkbox to toggle the display of pins on the drawing, and the "Task List" button to open or close the drawer on the right.
・Bottom bar: Control page navigation and zoom (zoom in/out, fit to screen). Clicking the zoom level resets it to 100%.
・Operations: Drag to move the view (pan), use Ctrl + mouse wheel or trackpad pinch to zoom, and use left/right arrow keys to navigate pages.
3. Place Pins and Register Tasks
1. Switch to task addition mode using the top-left tools.
2. Click the position on the drawing where you want to place a pin; a confirmation dialog will appear. Click "Place" to confirm the position.
3. The task creation modal will open. Enter the task name, requester, assignee, details, etc., and click "Save". You can also attach photos or documents.
4. After saving, a numbered pin will appear on the drawing. The pin placement mode remains active, so you can continue placing more pins.
Note: You can register up to 300 pins per document. When the limit is reached, a message saying "Cannot add task" will appear, so please delete unnecessary tasks before adding new ones.
4. View and Edit Tasks
・Task List Drawer: Displays all tasks linked to pins on all pages in numerical order. You can filter by "Assigned Tasks" and "Incomplete".
・Task Details: Clicking a pin on the drawing or a task in the list opens the task details. You can edit the content, toggle completion status, or delete the task.
・Deleting a task will also remove the linked pin from the drawing.
5. Open a Drawing from Another Document (Task Management)
You can open the drawing viewer linked to a task from the "Source Document" section in the task details.
6. When Replacing or Deleting Documents with Registered Pins
・Replacing (Uploading a New File): A confirmation modal will appear. Tasks will be retained after replacement, but if the corresponding page is removed, those tasks will remain as "Tasks with Unknown Location".
・Deleting a Document: Deleting a document with registered pins will delete all associated tasks, and a warning will be displayed that this action cannot be undone.
App Version

Additional Notes and Precautions
・Users who can be assigned as assignees or requesters are limited to those who have viewing permissions for the folder containing the document.
・The filtering conditions "Assigned Tasks" and "Incomplete" apply both to pin display on the drawing and to the task list.
