When you want to upload a revised or updated version of a document that has already been saved in KANNA, you can upload it as a different version of the file, instead of uploading it as a separate file.
Only the latest version of the document is displayed in the folder, making it easy to find the document you are looking for, and you can also check previous versions of the document to see what has been revised.
When a new version of a document is uploaded, a notification will be sent to the members of the project.
Note: Uploading new versions of documents can be done only on PC.
PC
1. Select a project from the list of projects
2. Select a folder from Documents
3. Click on “・・・” of the relevant file and select “View Information”.
4. Click "Upload New File" at the bottom of the page.
5. Drag and drop or select updated materials
6. Completion
The order in which they were updated "Version" is indicated by a number on the left side, and the latest material is marked "Latest".
<How to check past documents>
You can view the past versions by “Open in browser” or by “Download” the documents.
Note: Excel files cannot be opened in a browser and must be downloaded in order to view them.
Click 【・・・】and select【Open in Browser】or【Download】

<How to delete past documents〉
1. Click “...” of the relevant file and select “View Information”.
2. Click “...” of the version you want to delete. (3) Click “Delete”.

Mobile App
The mobile app also allows you to check the file version and date of the last update, download by version, and open it in a browser (for some files only).
Note: Uploading the newest version of a file can only be done on a computer.

3. Tap the file and select "File Versions".
4. Tap the “...” button on the file and select “Download” or “Open in Browser”.

PDFs and images can be opened in a browser, but those that cannot be opened in a browser must be downloaded.
