This article explains the dashboard for the project schedule.
The dashboard visually displays information such as progress rates and costs, updating data in real time.
It helps site managers and administrators reduce the effort required for works like creating reports for clients, making it easy to check and share progress and cost status.
Note: This feature is optional. If you would like to start using it, please contact your representative.
Please refer to the table below for access permissions to view the dashboard.
1. Select a project from the Project List.
2. Click on [Dashboard].
The dashboard can only be viewed from parent projects and cannot be accessed from sub-projects. (The "Dashboard" menu tab is not displayed for sub-projects.)
Information available on the dashboard
- Project Overview
- Cost & Performance Overview (Summary of overall progress, including sub-projects)
- Detailed Breakdown of All Project Phases (Total, Incomplete, Completed, Overdue, and the number of each phase)
- Graph of Total Project Costs and Performance
- Cost Graph by Phase
- Progress Rate Summary for Sub-Projects
Phases that are delayed are displayed in red.
