This article explains the summary function of the gantt chart.
When the Process Summary function is enabled, the "Start Date" is automatically set to the earliest start date of all sub projects. Similarly, the "End Date" will automatically be set to the latest end date of all sub projects.
*This function is granted differently depending on the subscription plan. Please contact us if you wish to use this function.
1. Click on [Gantt Chart] of the project.
2. Enter "start/end date" or "start/end actual date" of sub project
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Click on the Enable "Summary Function" button
Since the project period is automatically updated when the summary function is enabled, we recommend backing up the data with the data export function before enabling the summary function if you want to keep the data before the update.
5. Automatic aggregation of time periods
The "Start Date" is automatically set to the earliest start date of all sub projects. Similarly, the "End Date" will automatically be set to the latest end date of all sub projects.
6. Automatic tabulation when adding or updating sub projects
Points to note
When the summary function of the process chart is enabled, the "Start/end date" or "Start/end actual date" of the tabulated sub projects cannot be edited.
Please edit the "Start/End Date" or "Start/End Actual Date" of the sub projects.
