KANNA allows you to customize photo/document folders.
Once you have customized the folders, the photo/document folders you have set will be automatically created in a project when you create one.
Note: This will not be applied to projects created before the folder customization settings are made.
Note: Please refer to the following pages for instructions on how to add folders within a project.

Note: This function is available only to the “Owner” or “Company Administrator”. Please refer to this page for authorization.
1. ⚙️ [Settings] -> [Customize Settings]
2. Click [Photo Folder] or [Document Folder]
3. Click on the photo/document folder you want to edit.
You can register multiple templates for photo/document folders. To create a new photo/document folder template, click + Add Template in the top right corner.
It’s also possible to link the created folder template to a project template. For details, please refer here.
Note: The maximum number of photo/document folder templates is the same as the maximum number of project templates, which varies depending on your plan. If you would like to start using this feature, please contact your representative or reach out here.
