You can link customized photo/document folder templates to project templates. By linking the photo/document folder template to the project template, the linked template’s photo/document folder will be created within the project you’ve set up.
Note: Even if you change the project template after creating a project, you cannot change the photo/document folder template.
Note: The maximum number of photo/document folder templates is the same as the maximum number of project templates, which varies depending on your plan. If you would like to start using this feature, please contact your representative or reach out here.

1. From Settings, click on Customize Settings.
2. Click on Project Template
3. Click on the Project Template you want to link the folders to.
4. Select the Photo / Document Folder you want to link.
It’s also possible to link a single folder template to multiple project templates.
