Within each project, you can set the visibility of photo/document folders by company or by individual member.
This feature is useful when sharing documents such as quotations that you want to disclose only to your own company, or photos/documents that you want to share individually with specific affiliated companies or members within a project.
★ Public: Allows you to disclose to all members within the project.
★ Company Specific: Allows you to specify and disclose to particular companies within the project.
★ Member Specific: Allows you to specify and disclose to particular members from all members within the project, regardless of whether they are from your own company or other companies.
Note: Visibility settings can only be changed on a PC.
*If "Some visibility options are unavailable because specific visibility settings changed for an upper or lower folder." is displayed, please refer to "When Visibility Selection is Unavailable."

2. Click on [Photos] or [Documents] in the center of the screen.
3. Click the three-dot icon on the far right of the folder whose visibility you want to change.

5.Select the company you want to disclose to under [Company Specific] and click [Save]. You can specify settings by company unit, for companies involved as assigned to that project.

For Member Specific settings, you can select from "Company Admin of your own company's members" and "Other company members who have been added as assigned to that project."
"General" permission members of your own company will not be able to view even if specified, unless they are added as assigned to that project.
Editing Visibility
Click [Change Visibility]
Edit the members you wish to disclose to.
When Visibility Selection is Unavailable
If an upper or lower folder of the folder you are trying to set visibility for has been set to Company Specific or Member Specific, you will not be able to select visibility for it.
★Example: If "Photo Folder," which is a lower folder of the upper folder "Before Construction," is set to Company Specific, then the upper folder "Before Construction" cannot be set to Member Specific. (The reverse is also true.)
By setting "Photo Folder," which is a lower folder, to Public, you will be able to perform Member Specific settings on the upper folder "Before Construction."
