This article explains the Company Dashboard feature.
The Company Dashboard allows you to see the progress status of all projects, sales and cost information, detailed progress rates, and more at a glance.
*Feature availability varies depending on your contract plan. If you wish to start using this feature, please contact your account manager.
Settings
① Update Date
The date and time when this company dashboard was displayed (the date and time real-time aggregation was executed) is displayed.
The update timing for each item on this dashboard is as follows:

| Daily Batch | Displayed content is updated after the daily batch aggregation. Daily batch aggregation runs around 18:00(UTC) daily. *Even if information is updated within a project, values on the company dashboard will not update until the daily batch runs. |
Subsequent dashboard item descriptions will indicate update timing as Real-time or Daily Batch.
② Viewers
This screen allows you to configure which members can use the company dashboard.
・ By default, users with Owner permissions are registered as viewable users. Owner permission users cannot be excluded from viewing permissions.
・ You can add or remove users who can view the company dashboard.
・ Only users with Owner or Company Administrator permissions can be set as users who can view the company dashboard.
・ If an account set as a Company Dashboard viewer has its company permissions changed to General, Other Companies, or any other permission level that cannot view the Company Dashboard, that user will lose access to the Company Dashboard, even if they still have the Company Dashboard viewing permission assigned.
・ Depending on your subscription plan, there is a maximum limit on the number of accounts that can view the Company Dashboard. (Maximum: 10,000)
③ Settings
This screen allows you to configure two settings.
Delay/Completion Determination Criteria
You can set the criteria for determining delay or completion dates from the following two patterns:
・ Determined by progress rate (*):
If the progress rate is planned > actual, it is determined as “Behind Schedule”.
If the progress rate is 100%, it is determined as “Completed”.
・ Determined by the end date:
If the project's end date has passed and the project flow status is not “Completed,” it is judged as “Behind Schedule.”
If the project flow status is “Completed,” it is judged as “Completed.”
* To select "Determined by progress rate", the Process Summary function must be enabled.
* Even if "Determined by progress rate" is selected, if the summary function for the work schedule is not enabled for each project, delay/completion will be determined by the end date. For enabling the summary function, refer to this article (Enable the gantt chart summary function).
Target Settings
You can register target amounts for the goal achievement status graph. Target amounts can be registered monthly. When you enter a number, it is automatically registered.
※The currency unit displayed for amounts reflects the settings registered in [Settings] > [Currency Settings].
Using the Company Dashboard
Filter
You can narrow down the root projects displayed on the company dashboard.

Filters root projects based on the project template being used. * If no project template is specified, some tables/graphs may not display. |
| Start Date | Specify the period containing the start dates of the root projects. |
| End Date | Specify the period containing the end dates of the root projects. |
| Target Period | The period for the target amount registered in Target Registration is automatically specified by the “Start Date Beginning” and “End Date End”. *If “Start Date Beginning” or “End Date End” is not specified, it is set to “Not Specified”. |
① When the Process Summary function is enabled
Project Counter
The number of projects matching the conditions is aggregated. This allows you to immediately see how many projects are delayed and quickly navigate to the relevant projects.

Clicking on a project number displays a list of projects included in that number. Clicking on a project name in this list allows you to navigate to the project details.
Target achievement
You can compare the registered target amount in settings with the project amount, billed, and collected status of the filtered root projects to understand the achievement status.

*Only costs from projects where the summary function is enabled are included in the aggregation.

Project Pipeline
Displays the project amounts for the filtered root projects in a stacked bar chart, grouped by the status of the project template.
The numbers displayed above the stacked bar chart represent the “Total Project Amount (Number of Projects)” for that status.
*To display this graph, a project template must be specified in the filter.

Project List
For projects filtered by the filter, comments, progress rate, and cost status are displayed. You can sort by overall progress rate difference and check projects with poor progress first, etc.
