Restricting devices to use KANNA

With the device restriction function, it is possible to register the devices of company members on KANNA using the company ID. Therefore administrators can manage the access of company members to the company account, preventing them from logging in using other than their registered devices.
This function improves security against impersonation and unauthorized login by anyone other than the account holders. 

*Available only for smartphones and tablet devices.
*Only the owner or company admin can set this function.

 

How to set up 

1. Click "Security Settings" in "Settings" 

 

2. Click "Set" on "Device Restriction" 

 

3. Click on "Set"

 

How to cancel the restriction 

1.Click "Security Settings" in "Settings" 

2. Click "Lift" on Security Settings 

3. Click "Lift"

Device Restrictions Screen

Only owner/company admin accounts can access the Device Restriction screen.
On the Device Restriction screen, you can check the information of the devices that your internal member can log in with, enable or disable the device restriction function, and delete registered devices.
*Disabling or deleting a currently logged-in device will force the member to log out.

 

Able/disable the devices  

1. Click the banner next to the user. 

 

2. Click "Disable"

1. Click "Delete" on the Device Restrictions screen.
