The two-factor authentication function improves security against impersonation or unauthorized login by anyone other than the user who has the account.

◯About KANNA session timeout
KANNA sets the session timeout to 6 hours for security reasons.
*The app version requires two-factor authentication only when logging in, and will not require it again unless you log out yourself. On the other hand, for the browser, if there is no activity on the KANNA browser screen for 6 hours, it will time out and you will need to log in again. If you close your browser, the two-factor authentication will not be activated until 6 hours have passed.

2. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you via email on the two-factor authentication screen
*If you do not receive the code again, please click "Resend TFA code".
The code will be resent to you via email or SMS.
