Add a group

This feature allows you to add multiple members to a project at a time by creating the group beforehand. In addition, when setting up a group, it is possible to set the authority within the project, thus eliminating omissions and errors in setting the authority.

 

Mobile app

1. Tap "Add Members" from "Members" page in a project. 

2. Tap "Add Group"

3. Select the group you would like to add and tap "Next". 


4. Tap "Next" 

You can untick members you wish not to add. 

5. Tap "Next"

The authority of the members will be displayed as you set when you created the group. 

If you wish to change their authority, please tap on the members. 

✅ = project admin 

without ✅ = general 

 

Web app 

1. Click "Add a group" on the "Members" page in a project. 


2. Select the group you want to add and click "Next"

* Only with the web app, you can search for the group. 

3. Set the authority level for the members. 

The authority of the members will be displayed as you set when you created the group. 

If you wish to change their authority, please click on the tab right to the members.

without ✅ = general 

You can also untick members you wish not to add. 

 

4. Click "Add"
