Using the Group Chat

Group Chat allows you to chat with specific members of a group.

You can create a group chat by selecting from your own or other company's members, so if you want to chat in a group separate from the project, please use this feature.


Note:
Only the person who created the group chat can delete it.

 

 

 

 

Create with the Mobile app

1. Go to "Chat" and tap the top right icon



2. Select the members you wish to add and tap "Create"



3. Completed group chat

If you want to configure group settings or edit members, tap the icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

You can edit the group icon image/group name, leave the group, or delete the group.

Note: Only the group creator can delete the group.

Remove Existing Members

1. Tap the "…" icon next to the relevant member.

 

2. Tap Delete.

 

 

Add Members

1. Tap Add Members.

 

 

2. After selecting members, tap Add in the top right corner.

 

 

Message Deletion Method

Note: Only the group creator can delete messages.

 

1. Long press on the message you want to delete and tap Delete.

 

2. Tap Delete.

Note: Once deleted, it cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution.

 

3. Deletion Complete

 



 

Create on the Desktop version

1. Tap the "chat" icon in the top right corner of the screen and then "+"

 

 

2. Select the members you wish to add and click "Create”

If you want to invite additional members, click .

If you want to edit settings such as the group name, click .

Message Deletion Method

1. Click Delete from the "…" icon to the left of the message you want to delete.

 

2. Click Delete.

Note: Once deleted, it cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution.
