How to change owner/company administrator/general permissions

There are three types of company permissions: Owner, Company Administrator, and General.

~Company Authority~.

Owner can change company members to “Owner”, “Company Administrator”, and “General”.

Company Administrator can change company members to “Company Administrator” and “General”.

Company Administrator can change company members to “Company Administrator” and “General”.

The following is how to change company privileges.

 

 

 

Change from the app

1.  Go to “Settings” and tap “Member Management

 

 

2. Tap the member you want to change

※Only the owner himself can change the permissions.

 

 

3. Tap Company Authority "Edit"

 

 

4. Change permissions and tap “Save” at the bottom

 

 

 

Change from your computer

1. Click on “Member Management” from the menu on the left side of the “Top Page”.

 

 

2.Click on the member you want to change

①If you want to change the privileges of the owner account

②To change the privileges of a company administrator or general account

 

①If you want to change the privileges of the owner account

※ Only the owner himself can change the permissions.

1. Click on “View Details” from the 3-Point Reader.

 

 

2. Click on “Change” to the right of Company Authority

 

 

3. After changing company permissions, click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

 

 

② To change the privileges of a company administrator or general account

Click on the company authority for the account you want to change and select the authority you want to change.
