To change the billing information via the app
1. Tap [Contact Us] from Settings in the bottom right corner
2. Select "About Contract billing and fees" as the "Inquiry Type" and fill in the required fields.
In the "Inquiry Details", type "Request to change billing information" and tap [Send].
After submission, we will contact you within three business days.
To change the billing information via the computer
1. Click "Contact Us" on the menu
2. Select "About contract billing and fees" in the Inquiry Type, then enter "Request to change billing address" in the Inquiry Details and click "Send".
We will contact you within 3 business days after submission.
