Whitelabel – Customizing the Header Logo & Favicon

KANNA allows you to replace the header logo and favicon on the web interface (after login) with your company's own logo.

⚠️ This feature availability varies depending on your contract plan. Please contact your KANNA representative if you would like to use this feature.


Where Customization Applies

The logo change will be reflected in the following locations:

・ KANNA(Web) – Header after login (logo displayed at the top of the screen)
KANNA(Web) – Favicon after login (icon displayed in the browser tab)
Some emails sent from KANNA

📝 Not applicable to:

・ KANNA App (iOS / Android)
・ KANNA Web login screen


How to Apply

1. Prepare your logo image file according to the file specifications listed on this page.

2. Send the file to your KANNA support team.

3. The KANNA support team will review the file (content, size, and capacity).

4. If there are no issues, the logo will be reflected in KANNA within 3 business days of submission.

⚠️ Files that do not meet the specifications may not be accepted. Please make sure to review the specifications before sending.

The header logo and email logo use a shared file.

💡 Recommended size

The display size of the logo in the header is within W240px × H36px. For a clearer display, we recommend creating the file at twice the display size (W480px × H72px).

 

"Powered by KANNA" Logo

You may also submit a header logo that includes the "Powered by KANNA" label.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will the logo change also apply to the app version?

A: No. Currently, logo customization is only available for the Web version of KANNA. It will not be reflected in the KANNA app (iOS / Android).

Q: Can I also change the logo on the login screen?

A: No. Logo customization on the login screen is not currently supported. Only the header logo and favicon displayed after login can be changed.

Q: How long does it take for the change to be reflected?

A: Changes will be reflected within 3 business days of submitting your file.

Q: Can I change the logo again after it has already been customized?

A: Yes. Please send the new logo file to the support team. The same process will be followed to update it.
