To ensure a smooth experience with KANNA, we recommend using the following environments:

For smartphones, please make sure to install the app. Refer to this guide for instructions on how to install the app.

Additionally, we encourage regular app updates. Refer to this guide for instructions on updating the app.

 

Please note that we do not guarantee proper functionality when using environments other than those listed below.

Note: Smartphone browsers are not supported.

Please install the smartphone app.

  • iPhone: Latest version of iOS
    Note: Support for iOS 14 and earlier has already ended. Please switch to a device compatible with iOS 15 or later.

  • Android: Android 6.0 or later

 
 

 

How to Update Your OS

 
  • iPhone

1. While connected to mobile data, tap Settings on the Home screen.

 

 

2. Tap General.

 

3. Tap Software Update.

 

4. Tap Download and Install.

Note: Data charges may apply, so please be aware.

  • If the download is already complete, Install Now will be displayed. Tap it to proceed.
  • If there is insufficient storage space, the download cannot be completed.
    Please delete unnecessary data (such as photos or videos) or applications.

 

5. Enter your passcode.

 

6. Tap Continue → The update will begin.

  • The update takes approximately 20 minutes.
    (It may take longer depending on server congestion.)
