How to Update Your OS
- iPhone
1. While connected to mobile data, tap Settings on the Home screen.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Software Update.
4. Tap Download and Install.
Note: Data charges may apply, so please be aware.
- If the download is already complete, Install Now will be displayed. Tap it to proceed.
- If there is insufficient storage space, the download cannot be completed.
Please delete unnecessary data (such as photos or videos) or applications.
5. Enter your passcode.
6. Tap Continue → The update will begin.
- The update takes approximately 20 minutes.
