Task Management Function

This feature allows you to register detailed tasks associated with each project and manage them together with assignees, due dates, and attached files. By keeping track of completed and pending tasks, you can prevent oversight and missed work.

Adding a Task

The task management screen is displayed by clicking the “Tasks” tab in the project details view.
 


To register a task, click the “Add Task” button.

 



On the New Task screen, enter the task name, assignee, due date, and task details.
If the task does not have a set deadline, leave the due date field blank.
Click “Save” to complete the task creation.

Note: Photos and reference materials can be added from the task edit screen after the task has been created.
 


 

Editing an Existing Task

Once a task has been created, it can be freely edited at any time.
On the task edit screen, you can also attach photos and reference materials.


 

 

Marking a Task as Complete (or Incomplete)

When a task is finished, the assignee should change its status to Complete.
Pressing the button again will revert the status to Incomplete.






 

Viewing All Tasks Across Projects

You can view all tasks across multiple projects from the Task List.
To open the Task List screen, click the icon in the header.

 


Within the Task List, you can search for tasks,




and use Detailed Search to filter results more precisely.



 

Task Notification Settings

You can configure task notifications from the Notification Settings screen.

Notification Types:

・When a task is assigned to you

・When a task is marked as complete
(You will not receive a notification when you mark your own task as complete.)

・Task reminder notifications
(If your task remains incomplete, you’ll receive two notifications on the due date — one in the morning and one in the evening.)

Adding a Task

The task management screen can be accessed by tapping the “Tasks” tab in the project details view.



To register a new task, tap the “Add” button.



On the New Task screen, enter the task name, assignee, due date, and task details.
If the task does not have a set deadline, leave the due date field blank.
Tap “Save” to complete the task creation.

Editing an Existing Task

After creating a task, you can attach photos and reference materials.

Viewing All Tasks Across Projects

From “Task List” in the settings menu, you can view tasks across multiple projects.
 


 

You can search for tasks within the Task List.
The search options and behavior are the same as those on the PC version.
 



In the mobile app, when there are tasks with approaching due dates, a banner will appear on the home screen.
Tapping the banner will take you to the Task List, where you can view tasks across multiple projects.
 


 

Task Notification Settings

You can configure task notifications from the Notification Settings screen.
The available notification options are the same as those on the PC version.
 

 

 

Task Viewing and Editing Permissions

Permissions for Viewing Tasks / Updating Status (Incomplete/Complete) / Attaching Files

These permissions are granted only to users who have viewing access to the related project.
Editing or deleting attached files depends on the folder and file editing/deletion permissions described later.
 

 

Task Editing and Deletion Permissions

The following items can be edited within a task:

・Task name

・Due date

・Task requester

・Task assignee

・Description
