The assignment feature allows administrators to adjust project assignments while checking their team members' schedules. This enables administrators to efficiently assign works while reviewing members' schedules and to communicate members' availability in real-time.
Calendar Basics
Click on the calendar icon in the upper right corner
Change the starting day of the week
From the settings in the upper right corner, you can select the calendar starting day of the week from Saturday, Sunday, and month.
Show/hide projects
You can show/hide the construction period of the project you are in charge of by clicking [Show Projects] at the top of the screen.

How to add members
You can select the members you want to display on the screen by clicking [Add Members].
Toggle between you and your members
You can toggle between viewing only your own calendar or the calendars of all selected members.
In the Web version (PC), up to 20 members can be displayed at the same time.

You can also switch between your own and your members' calendars in the application. However, in the application version, you can only view one member at a time.
Please select the member you wish to view.
Sorting the display order of members
You can change the order in which members are displayed by dragging and dropping them.

The schedule and assignee of an appointment can be changed by drag and drop.

When multiple appointments overlap
When multiple appointments or projects overlap, the message “Other items” will be displayed.
When multiple appointments or projects are overlapping, the message “Other” will be displayed.
How to view in the application
How to create an appointment
You can create an appointment that is not related to a project, such as a “make-up holiday” or "meeting.
1. Click [+Create] in the upper right corner or the blank area of the day you wish to create an appointment.
2. select the name of the appointment, the date and time, and the participants of the appointment, then [Save]

Selecting the participants of the appointment
If you are designated as a participant of the appointment, you can indicate your participation or non-participation on your calendar.
If you click [Participate], the appointment will be colored darker.
If you click [Undecided], you will return to the state you were in before you selected the event, and you can select it again.
If you select [No Participation], a horizontal line will be drawn across the schedule.
