The KANNA mobile app (for iPhone and Android users) now allows you to view and edit projects and reports even in locations without an internet connection (offline environments).

How to download data
Note: To operate KANNA in an offline environment, it is necessary to download the data in advance.
Note: The maximum data capacity available for download is 10GB.
1. Tap the relevant project from the project list ("Projects").
2.Tap the download icon displayed in the top right, or select "Download for offline use" displayed at the bottom of the "Overview" section.
3.Tap "Download".
4. Download Complete
The icon in the top right will change to ✓ mark. Additionally, if you edit the project after downloading, you can tap "Update downloaded data" at the bottom of the "Overview" page to download the latest data. (Data will be updated periodically even if not manually updated.)
Switching to Offline Mode ①
1.Select "Offline Mode" from "Settings."
2.Tap the button displayed on the right side of "Offline Mode."
Switching to Offline Mode ②
Note: This procedure can only be performed in an offline environment.
1.Tap "Switch to Offline Mode."
What You Can Do in Offline Mode
1．See project overview
2．Take and upload photos
Tap "Next" after taking photos.
*It is possible to take multiple photos at once.
Select the folder to store them in and tap "Add."
3．Edit forms
You cannot create new forms. You can only edit forms that have already been created/launched.
How to Deactivate Offline Mode
You can deactivate offline mode by tapping "Exit" in the top right corner.
Synchronizing Downloaded Projects
You can synchronize downloaded projects with the latest data.
For example, please do this when using offline mode for the same project over multiple days.
How to Delete Downloaded Data
1.Select "Off-line Mode" from "Settings."
2. Tap "Delete all" or tap the trash can icon next to the project name you want to delete.
