Note: Free accounts will be displayed on the screen for companies who signed up for a paid account before July 2023, but you do not need to switch to a free account.
KANNA Project

Own/Internal Company Projects: You cannot add members, so viewing/editing is not possible.
External Company Projects: Operations are possible within the scope of permissions, similar to a paid account.
[Paid Account]
Note: Basic operation restrictions vary depending on permissions.

KANNA Report
[Free Account]
Own/Internal Company Projects: Not available.
External Company Projects: Operations are possible, similar to a paid account.

All members assigned to a project can create and edit reports.

About Paid Account Invitations
Note: If there are no remaining paid account slots, the account will be forcibly switched to a free account.

How to Switch Accounts
You can change each member's company permissions and account type (free or paid) under "Members".
The option to switch between paid and free accounts will only be displayed if you have subscriptions for both the KANNA Project and KANNA Report services.
