Customer and property information registered in KANNA can be linked to projects.
This makes it easier to manage repeat clients and existing properties.
Importing past customer and property information in advance makes it easier to link them to projects.
The import function is a paid option, so please get in touch with us or your account manager for more information.
1. Click the property you want to link from the "Projects"
Link the property information
2-1. Click "Edit" from the property information on the project summary page
2-2. Click "Select"
2-3. Search for the property information you wish to link and tap "Select".
2-4. Click "Save" to complete the linking.
Clicking "Delete" to remove the linkage, or "Change" to link the information of another property.
When copying a project, if you change the property information of the newly copied project without deleting the linkage with the original project, the property information on the original project will also be altered. Please be careful.
