This page explains how to customize the (digital) blackboard.

With the customization settings for the blackboard, you can create new layouts, rearrange them, and toggle their display.
Additionally, you can link project overview details (such as the project name or address) to the fields displayed on the blackboard, ensuring that the necessary information is reflected on the blackboard when taking photos.
By customizing the settings in advance, you can eliminate the need to input information into the blackboard on-site, allowing you to quickly use a setup tailored to each specific site.
Note: Customization settings can only be configured on a computer.

Note: The availability of this feature depends on your subscription plan. If you wish to use this feature, please contact your representative.

Creating a New Blackboard
1. Click ⚙️ [Settings] and then select [Customize Settings].
2. Click [Blackboard]
3. Click [+ New Layout]
4. Click [Select] on the layout you want to use
5. Click the pen icon and enter the necessary information
You can input the information in advance
6. Tap the ⚙️ icon and select the desired option (for "photo taken on" or "company name", go to step 9).
You can automatically input the photo taken date, company name, and master items.
Master Items: You can reflect project details onto the blackboard.
7. Click on the section you want to select
8. Select an item within the section and click [Confirm]
In this case, the "Project Management ID" from the project overview (left) will be automatically entered into the blackboard (right).
9. Click [Save]

Customizing the Blackboard
You can edit the layout, toggle the blackboard display, and rearrange the layouts.
1. Editing the Layout
Click the three-dot menu to access options such as "Edit", "Edit Layout name", "Copy", and "Delete".
2. Toggling Blackboard Display
You can limit which blackboards are available for selection when taking photos.
Green: Displayed
Gray: Hidden
3. Rearranging
You can rearrange the layouts by pressing and dragging the "three lines" icon on the left of the layout
