This article explains the Project Board feature.
Project Board allows you to view all assigned projects by project flow, so you can keep track of the progress of each assigned project.
Project Board allows you to view a list of all the projects that each account is responsible for, by project flow.
The owner and Company Admin can view all the Projects, including those not assigned.
Please check this page for the differences in authorities.
You can also display only the projects you are assigned to, that have not been completed yet, or search for a project by project name, client name, or site address.

Project Templates
Project Board can be displayed for each project template.
1. Click the project template in the upper left corner.
2. Click the project template you want to display.
3. Only relevant projects are displayed.
Search
You can search projects by keywords.
1. Enter the project name, customer name, and site address, and click "Search"
2. The relevant project is displayed
Detailed search
You can find a project by entering and selecting multiple keywords and information.
1. Click the icon to the right of the search field
2. Enter and select the items you wish to narrow down.
3. Only relevant projects are displayed.
Filtering
You can filter the assigned projects or the parent projects.
You can also select both.
1. Click "Assigned" or "Parent Project"
2. The relevant projects are displayed.
Sort
You can sort by creation date, starting date, and completion date in order of newest to oldest or vice versa.
You can also sort in arbitrary order. If you select "Arbitrary" in the sort tab, you can drag and drop the order in which the forms are displayed in the project flow.

Create Project
You can create a project with the project template and project flow specified.
1. Select the project template you want to create in the upper left corner.
2. Click "Create Project" in the project flow in which you wish to create a new project.

Since the project template and project flow have already been entered, please enter other detailed information about the project.
Set background color
You can set a background color for each project. For example, you can assign a special color to projects you always check, or assign individual colors to specific assignees.
1. Set the background color
Click the ellipsis (...) for the project whose background color you want to set, then select the desired background color.

The background color setting feature on the Project Board is available only on the web interface. The KANNA app (iOS/Android) does not support background color settings or the display of background colors.
